Each service, consultation, or workshop is developed uniquely for each client, which makes these offerings non-refundable. Once booked, services are considered final and cannot be refunded.
  2. Commitment to Quality
    We are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Our team invests significant time and expertise in each project to provide advice and solutions that align with your specific decor goals. We encourage clients to ask questions and seek clarification during consultations to maximize the value of our sessions.
  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    • Cancellations: Given the bespoke nature of our services, we do not allow cancellations with a full refund. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to offering flexibility within reason. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, and we will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.
    • Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate one rescheduling request for each service at no additional charge if requested 48 hours before the originally scheduled time. Subsequent requests to reschedule may incur a small fee.
  4. Technical Support and Assistance
    If you encounter technical issues or have concerns about your service, please contact us promptly. Our team is here to help resolve any challenges, answer follow-up questions, and ensure you have a positive experience with our services.
  5. Exceptional Cases
    While we do not offer refunds, we value customer satisfaction and strive to address any exceptional issues on a case-by-case basis. If there is a valid concern regarding the quality of service or a misunderstanding that may impact your experience, please contact us within 7 days of the service, and we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution.
